• Free Delivery: On orders worth PKR 5,000/- or above.

Expected Delivery Time

Flash Delivery Orders:

• Karachi: 1-2 working days

• Other cities: 3-5 working days

SHEIN Pre-Orders:

• Estimated delivery time: 3-5 weeks (after order confirmation).l

If your order includes both flash delivery and pre-order items, the shipping date may vary based on the estimated delivery of the pre-order products. To receive them separately, we recommend placing separate orders.

Important Notes

Address Modifications

• Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified (for both COD and online-paid orders).

Order Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are dispatched.

• Orders placed via credit card or online payment systems must pass a fraud status check before processing. If flagged as “failed,” the order will be automatically canceled.
