Exchange Policy

Size Exchange: You can exchange an item for a different size only if the required size is in stock for the same product and variant.

Product Exchange: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for a different product.

Eligibility for Exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exceptions: Size cannot be exchanged for shein pre-orders.

Approval: Urban Chic reserves the right to approve or deny exchange requests.

Refund Policy

When is a Refund Applicable?

A refund will only be issued if the delivered product is defective. 
A refund request can only be submitted within 24 hours of order delivery. 

Refund Process:

1. Once your request is approved after investigation, the product will be collected from your address within 3-5 working days.

2. The refund will be processed to your bank account within 24 hours of collection.

3. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

• Minor imperfections like loose threads

• Slight variations in color due to different screen settings

• Size issues (except for eligible size exchanges)

• Change of mind
